Heights Home

Located in the Piedmont Heights area, the Heights Home is a long ranch-style property that offers four private bedrooms. There’s plenty of outdoor space for residents to relax and unwind. The property also features partial wheelchair accessibility.

Chester Park Home

The Chester Park Home is Expanding Horizon’s flagship property as it was the first home to open when the company began. This house is within walking distance of public transit and just a block from Chester Park’s gorgeous hiking trails.

Endion Home

The Endion Home is an expansive house that radiates a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Residents get to live in comfort with their choice among four spacious bedrooms. A bus line sits right outside the Endion Home offering convenient transportation for our residents and visiting family.

Greysolon Home

The newly-renovated Greysolon Home is nestled in the Congdon neighborhood of Duluth. This two-story, four-bedroom house enjoys ample yard space and a quick walk to the nearby bus line.

Robin Home

Right in the heart of Duluth sits our Robin Home—a four-bedroom, single-story house with a beautiful backyard space. The backyard offers plenty of privacy, making it the perfect setting for all of your loved one’s favorite outdoor activities.

Kenilworth Home

The Kenilworth Home is the latest addition to our property collection. This house sits on a corner lot, which means residents get to enjoy tons of yard space. The home has four spacious bedrooms, panoramic views of Lake Superior, and it only takes a couple of minutes to walk to the bus stop.
