Positions that Fit Your Lifestyle

At Expanding Horizons, we offer positions that’ll fit your unique lifestyle. We give team members the freedom to work however many hours they want. From float to full-time, our positions can give you the flexible schedule you’re looking for.

Here are the positions that are currently available:

Float

This position is similar to the duties and expectations of a standard FT shift. Our floats must have a valid drivers license and be able to drive our company vehicles. The schedules are based on the companies needs and can fluctuate. The ability to work at all homes is also a must and our floats are pulled from one house to another when needed.

On call

This position means that you pick what shifts you would like to work 1-2 weeks in advance when the open shifts are emailed to our current employees. You pick where and when you would like to work with what shifts are available to pick up.

Part-time

This is a 7 on 7 off position with the following shifts:
Monday-Friday 4pm-9pm, Saturday and Sunday 9am-9pm. You work seven days in a row and then have seven days off.

31.5 hours

This position gives you exactly 31.5 hours per week. We offer Sunday 9am-9pm along with Monday-Thursday 4pm-9pm, or Tuesday-Friday 4pm-9pm and Saturday 9am-9pm.

Full-time (day)

This position is 40 hours per week and is a repeating split schedule, either the front side or the back side of the week. The front side of the week employees work Sunday-Tuesday 9am-9pm and Wednesday 9am-3pm. The back side of the week our employees work Wednesday 3pm-9pm and Thursday-Saturday 9am-9pm.

Full-time (overnight)

This position is a 7 on 7 off schedule. It is Monday-Sunday from 9pm-9am. All of our overnight positions are awake. The great thing about this schedule is you can plan your vacations and appointments on your off week, and also if you save enough PTO you can enjoy three weeks off in a row.

This position has been created for college students. You can pick a few shifts per week that you can work depending on your class schedule and dial it in for the semester. When the next semester comes you can change it accordingly. We understand the importance of a college education.
