Dylan has worked at the Observation house since November of 2022 and has been a House Lead for over a year. He has done an excellent job at keeping the house consistent, happy, and busy in the community. He has brought his passion for agate hunting to the company and it has joyfully spread to many residents. His direct supervisor stated, “Dylan Thorbjornsen could be hacking government computers, competing for America’s Next Top Chef, or simply be lying on a beach in Hawaii with his two daughters and his better half.” Instead Dylan chooses to be the house lead at Observation and for that Dylan, we thank you.
